💳 Refund Policy
We keep things simple, fair, and aligned with our payment provider (Paddle).
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, provides all customers with a 14-day right to cancel their purchase for any reason.
This means:
- You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
- No reason is required.
- Paddle will process the refund according to their Buyer Terms.

2. After the 14-Day Window
Outside the initial 14-day period, we do not provide refunds for:
- Forgetting to cancel
- Canceling during an active billing cycle
- Canceling early on annual plans
- Changing your mind after using the service beyond 14 days
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
3. Try Before You Upgrade
We encourage you to use our free tier or book a demo call before upgrading to ensure the platform is right for your needs.
4. Errors or Exceptional Cases
If you believe there has been a billing mistake—such as duplicate charges or incorrect plan billing—please contact us at support@toursafe.io. We aim to be fair and will review your case.
