Welcome to Toursafe, operated by Virtual Adventures and Intelligence PTY(LTD), trading as Toursafe. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. What You Get
You get access to our hosted SaaS platform, including virtual tour creation, hosting, client dashboards, and optional consulting services. We also offer a free tier and usage-based pricing depending on your needs.
2. Your Content
You can upload your own content like tours, images, and branding assets. You're responsible for what you upload. Please don’t upload anything illegal, abusive, hateful, or adult in nature.
3. Branding and White Labeling
You’re allowed to use our tools to build client-facing projects, including your own branding. Our platform is built with flexibility for resellers and agencies.
4. Uptime and Availability
We aim for extremely high uptime (comparable to AWS S3). While we don’t offer a formal SLA yet, we’re committed to reliable hosting and responsive support.
5. Fair Use
We trust our customers. We don’t currently enforce strict usage caps, but if there’s abuse or misuse, we may need to step in.
6. Data Export
You can export your content and data at any time before canceling your subscription.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime. After cancellation, you’ll still be billed one final time for the current billing period. Access remains until the end of that period.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, illegal content, or non-payment.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll notify you if the changes are significant.
